All gas boiler and central heating work will be carried out by 

a local Gas Safe™ registered engineer. We screen and carefully select our engineers based on their competence and their experience, to ensure we get your radiators burning and your showers steaming in no time at all!

Existing customers will be contacted during these months when your boiler service is due. 

If you would like to book in your service between April and September before you’ve received contact from us, you can do this easily by logging your request online: https://heatguardassurance.co.uk/schedule-callback/

Once You’ve logged your request for a boiler service, an engineer will be in touch within 72 hours to your confirm your appointment date and time. 

 

For customers paying monthly, your boiler service will not be carried out within the first three months of your agreement. If you require your boiler service within your first three months, this can be arranged by paying for it upfront (£75).

Telephone the office, 44 1752741070, and we will book an appointment for an engineer to attend within 24 hours of your call (excluding sat & sun).

Appointments are booked between 8am – 12 noon, and 12 – 5:30pm. We are happy to give up to 1 hours’ notice of an engineer’s arrival time.

Yes, all our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register. The Gas Safe Register is the official body for gas safety in Great Britain and the Isle of Man – it replaces CORGI. If you’re looking for a gas engineer to carry out work on your property, always make sure they are Gas Safe Register listed – it’s illegal for an unlisted person to carry out repairs or boiler installations. Yes – to change the way you pay for your policy/plan, give us a call us on 44 1752741070. Make sure you’ve got your new payment details and policy/plan number to hand so we can help you as quickly as possible.

If you have a Boiler Service included in your policy, we’ll contact you each year to arrange this.

In your first year as a Heat Guard Assurance customer we’ll carry out your Boiler Service at the same time as performing your Boiler Health Check. If you’re a landlord, this will also include your gas safety inspection.

After this it will usually be carried out sometime between April and September, or for landlords, alongside your gas safety inspection.
